These Terms of Service govern your use of gleamclea.shop (the "Site"), operated by GLEAM CLEANING LLC ("GLEAM", "we", "us"), located at 3790 Sugar Leo Rd, St George, UT 84790, United States. The Site was developed by GLEAM CLEA. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a corporate description of GLEAM's route sheet: pest control (Route P), janitorial & interior (Route J), grounds & lawn (Route G), carpet & fibers (Route F), and exterior & specialty work (Route X). The Site:
Every service requires a written confirmation or service agreement between you and GLEAM. Nothing on the Site modifies, replaces or overrides a signed agreement.
Content on the Site is general information about our capabilities. It is not horticultural, pest-management, chemical-safety or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment. Pesticide and chemical work is performed to label directions and applicator rules; a scope listing is not a representation that any regulated application will be performed in any particular location.
Certain scopes carry express exclusions, including but not limited to: pest control except agricultural and forestry work (G-06); fumigating except crop fumigating (G-03); landscape contractors and landscaping except construction and planning (G-37, G-39); building exterior cleaning except sandblasting and window cleaning (G-83, G-88); weed control and fertilizing except crop (G-69); and turf installation except artificial turf (G-68). Work outside these boundaries is not offered.
Standalone driveway/parking-lot plowing (G-99) and seasonal property maintenance combining plowing with landscaping (G-55, G-58) are different scopes — they are not interchangeable.
Pest treatments, gas-system conversion and similar regulated scopes are performed only where licensed and permitted by law. A listing is not a promise of availability in any jurisdiction.
We keep the Site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Scope descriptions summarize categories; the authoritative scope of any engagement is the written work order or service agreement, not this Site.
You agree not to:
When you email us or submit the stop-request form you grant GLEAM a non-exclusive right to use the content of your correspondence — including property addresses, access details and descriptions — to respond to you and to evaluate, schedule and perform requested services. You represent that you own or control the information you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Do not send payment card numbers, account credentials, alarm codes or gate combinations through the form — access codes are exchanged by phone or in person once a route is booked.
GLEAM communicates only from @gleamclea.shop addresses and from +1 (320) 416-6809. We will never message you first asking for payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers or account credentials. If you receive such a message, it is fraud — report it and do not respond.
The Site's design, layout, graphics (including the foam bands and the squeegee-wipe artwork), copy and code are the property of GLEAM CLEANING LLC and its developer, GLEAM CLEA, protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No other use — reproduction, republication, redistribution or derivative works — is permitted without prior written consent.
The Site uses Google Fonts and is hosted on Google Firebase. Links to mail clients open your own email application. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or availability.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLEAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLEAM'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100). THIS LIMIT APPLIES ONLY TO WEBSITE USE — it does not limit obligations under a signed service agreement, and it does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory liability that survives a contractual cap).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLEAM and its members, managers and staff from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from the Site lies in the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
