The kit

Shine by checklist,
not by luck.

GLEAM CLEANING LLC treats every stop like a line on the route sheet: the scope gets confirmed, the kit gets loaded, the work gets checked before the van rolls. One-hundred-two stops across five routes — pest, janitorial, grounds, fibers and exterior — all bound by one rule: it isn't done until it's signed off.

We work from 3790 Sugar Leo Rd, St George, Utah 84790. This website describes our route sheet — it is not a service contract, not a quote, and not a schedule. Recurring routes and one-off stops are confirmed in writing by the office.

Walk it first

Every stop starts with a look-around: surfaces, finishes, problem spots, access notes. The kit loaded matches the surfaces on site — not the other way around.

Right chemical, right dilution

Products are mixed to label spec and matched to the material — no bleach on brass, no acid on limestone. Pest treatments follow label law and applicator rules.

Checklist out the door

A stop closes when the checklist is done and the lead signs it. If something can't be finished, it goes on the sheet — not under the rug.

Asked at the van

Before we knock.

Is this website a service contract or quote?
No. The route sheet lists our scope of services only. Scheduling, pricing, frequency and access arrangements are confirmed in writing — never assumed from this page.
Do you treat agricultural or forestry pest problems?
No — Route P covers pest control except agricultural and forestry work, and fumigating except crop fumigating. Those scopes need a different license class and are referred out.
Do you clean carpets on site or at a plant?
Both — Route F covers on-premises cleaning (G-70, G-77, G-81) and plant-based rug/carpet cleaning (G-71, G-74, G-79). The work order says which applies.
Is sandblasting offered?
No — exterior building cleaning is expressly except sandblasting (G-83, G-88). We use pressure washing and steam methods instead.
Do you plow snow?
Two ways: standalone driveway/parking-lot plowing (G-99) and seasonal maintenance where plowing is combined with landscaping (G-55, G-58). They are different scopes with different setups.
How do I get on the route?
Send the stop number through the contact page or to contact.n.osei@gleamclea.shop with the address, surfaces or grounds involved, and how often you need it.
